On 20th July 2020, Florida has got 10,000 plus new coronavirus cases. But the most trending fact is Florida Governor Ron DeSantis administration has been sued by the state’s largest Teachers Union over the decision of reopening of schools for in-person instruction next month.

Right now,  Florida has total cases of 360394 but out of which 10, 347 was from the last night. Out of them, 90 people are declared dead and 5072 Florida residents lost to the disease in the state.

At a time when the number of coronavirus cases fell down to 78,993 which was the lowest level for almost a week, but the rate of positivity rose to 14.7 %.

The Florida Education Association announced the reopening of schools in its lawsuit filed in Miami Stae Circuit Court which requires that a “uniform, efficient, safe, secure and high-quality system” of public schools exists.
