Mayor Bill de Blasio said New York would go to court in order to stop President Donald Trump from sending federal troop in the city to suppress rising crime.

Next to the Department of Homeland Security deployed scores of Border Federal Marshals and Patrol Police,  many on fight exhaustion, to Oregon, Portland, previous week, Trump said he could do so in other democrat cities.

Further, he called the move essential, however, the critics called it a political stunt for the election year.

de Blasio told reporters that the President bluffs and blusters say he is going to do things but never materialize it on daily basis.

The mayor said, If Trump even tried to do such things, it would only lead to more problems, it can also backfire, it would not make anyone safer and they are ready to take immediate actions in court to stop it.

He added, in his point of view, it would be nothing more than another example of unconstitutional and illegal actions done by the president.

The decision Trump took to involve military clad federal law enforcement authorities in the local protests has trigger anger as well as legal questions.

Since the day George Flued - the African-American man was brutally killed by one of the Minneapolis Officer, there has been a spark all over the nation’s protests against police brutality and racism. Besides, Trump has decided to call demonstrators as radical leftists that intent to destroy the country.

Trump also told the reporters on Monday that he is looking at both Chicago and New York. Considering what’s happening over there. Further, he added, “All run by Democrats, all run by very liberal Democrats, all run really by the radical left. We can't let this happen to the city."

Based on the reports, the DHS was preparing to send paramilitary personnel to Chicago during this week following the clash between police and demonstrators.

All the protestors in New York have been peaceful in the recent week while there has been an uptick in crime that senior officers trait to constraints put on police in the wake of Floyd's killing.

Oregon has sued DHS for violation of rights, on the other hand, Kate Brown - the state governor, demanded the officers be withdrawn.

The mayors of major cities - Washington, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, Kansas City and Portland, said in the letter to Bill Barr - the attorney general stating the unwanted paramilitary deployments infringe the constitution.
